Meet Our Founder
Dr. Lorna Salgado brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to PROlearn, backed by an extensive academic background and decades of hands-on expertise in the field of education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Baylor University, a Master's in Special Education and Educational Diagnostician Certification from Texas A&M Commerce, and a Doctorate in Performance Improvement Leadership from Capella University.
Dr. Salgado is also a Registered Professional Educational Diagnostician and Nationally Certified Educational Diagnostician. She has made significant contributions to education in Texas, including writing state guidance documents and curriculum. Dr. Salgado is a highly sought-after speaker, having presented at local, state, and national conferences, and she has a long history of designing and delivering impactful professional development for educators. Lorna is also the author of The ParaPRO Playbook. Her passion for improving student outcomes through inclusive, effective practices drives the mission of PROlearn Consulting.
